Bridgeway is pleased to announce the re-opening of our Community Psychiatric Supportive Therapy (CPST) services, Pharmacological Management Services (PMS), and Individual Counseling Services to new clients. Our Intake Specialist is available at (216)334-8608 to answer any questions for new clients, their guardians, or service providers.
The CPST program helps those with mental illness achieve their goals, independence, and productivity through support and training in the use of personal and community resources. CPST workers support rehabilitation by working with clients to reduce barriers and improve functioning. Intensive services are not part of this program.
CPST admission criteria include:
• Active and current Medicaid Status (spend downs will be reviewed on a case by case basis), or self pay
• 18 years of age or older
• Resident of Cuyahoga County
• Agreeable to receive and participate in services
• Diagnosis of a Major Psychiatric Disorder which impacts ability to function optimally within the community
Additional Bridgeway programs include: Supportive Independent Living Services (SILS), Crisis Stabilization Unit, Alcohol and Drug Outpatient and Aftercare (UNBAR), Residential Facilities, and Independent Housing.
Bridgeway has recently received a three year accreditation through CARF international, which sited our high quality programs and qualified and dedicated staff in their report to Bridgeway leadership.
