The UNBAR is a structured adult outpatient Chemical Dependency treatment program.   The UNBAR Program is designed to help clients: identify problems related to their use of alcohol and other drugs; understand that their alcohol/drug use caused those problems; recognize that those problems will continue to occur if alcohol/drug use continues; recognize failed attempts at controlling use;  seek help and support in recovery, and agree to enter an appropriate primary treatment.   The UNBAR helps individuals increase their understanding and mastery of their chemical dependency and/or co-occurring mental health disorder.
